  1. MICROCHECK REGISTRATION

  3. If you enjoy this program, please do your part to support 
  4. the shareware concept.  The required $20 fee is very 
  5. reasonable for the hours of use you can get from 
  6. MicroCheck.  Simply print out the following form, fill it 
  7. in, and drop it in the mail with your check or money 
  8. order.  (If you don't have a printer, just send a
  9. check along with your name and address.)  You may also 
  10. use your Visa or MasterCard.

  12. Note that the Turbo Pascal for Windows source code for 
  13. Microcheck, shipped via first class mail, is available 
  14. for an additional $50.  Please specify disk format when 
  15. ordering.
